oger first reached out to us through Yelp, he needed a roof replacement. When our roofer came and inspected the roof, he confirmed that a repair will not be a sustainable solution. Roger explained he is trying to have his insurance fund this project as his house is insured and the roof has never been replaced and is in a bad condition. He asked us to provide our professional opinion regarding the roof and confirm it has to be replaced, so he can present our conclusions to his insurance company. An official insurance report is a service we provide on it’s own. Roger wasn’t interested in receiving a full inspection report he just wanted to present our opinion to the insurance. So we wrote down a professional recommendation based on the on-site inspection. Roger was satisfied and was ready to present it to the insurance company. About a week later we followed-up with him and he was still negotiating with the insurance company. 2 weeks later we called him to see if there was any progress with the insurance company, and he still didn’t have a response. By the third time we called we gladly told him he can call once he is ready. We didn’t hear from Roger for about 3 months, when he suddenly called and told us he is finally ready to proceed, and after meeting with 5 different roofing companies our quote was one of the best ones he received, in addition he was fond of our representative therefore asked us to price match a quote from another company. We were able to offer a minor discount but we couldn’t price match since the other company did not include premium roofing materials. Since we strive to provide the most ideal results for our clients we cannot compromise on quality of specific roofing materials such as shingles. Roger felt we were the best options for him and so we scheduled the upcoming work
Our crew began working on this project by finalizing all the interior work which included drywall addition, garage door replacement, and mold remediation. After which we were scheduled to begin with the roof replacement. Thomas is sharing this property with another tenant, they both go into an argument and we were forced to stop this project in the middle. Due to their agreement we needed the consent of both tenants to proceed with the work, our roofer met personally with the other tenant to explain the situation of the roof but the situation between the two escalated and we were forced to pause this project. We assured Thomas not to worry we have all the materials and crew for this project in place and we can simply continue after this matter is resolved. We made sure to follow-up regularly with Thomas to see where the situation stands, he apologized for the delay but we assured there is nothing to be concerned about we are here when he’s ready.
The process went smoothly from start to finish. The labor took about 5 days to be completed. The 2 inspections included a re-roof mid inspection, and roof final inspection, both inspection were scheduled exactly on the same day the crew finished the first part and on the last day of the installation to avoid any delays. Both inspection were successfully finalized. Roger is very happy with his new bright cool roof
