NRG UPGRADE delivered! Customer service team is friendly and knowledgable. Installers show up on time and do clean work that easily passes city inspection. Should something go wrong they go above and beyond to correct it. Highlights from the work done on my house:When the panels in our contract were out-of-stock by the manufacturer, they offered to install upgraded, more efficient panels at no additional charge to move the project along in the time promised. They handled everything from A-Z including coordinating with the city to upgrade my electrical service, upgrading and moving my electrical panel and filing for city rebate.I tracked the project using their online management software that allows you to follow the progress of your project step by step and download any docs you may need. Since buying a home I've had mostly bad experiences working with contractors, but this whole project was refreshingly smooth. I'm sure I annoyed them with my calls following up with every detail, but there really wasn't any need to. These guys are pros and I would gladly recommend their services to my family and friends.Thanks to Ace,daniel and your whole crew. The panels are producing as promised and now powering my electric car 🙂

I started looking into solar energy after my father-in-law had a system installed in his house. Although they had another company do the install I was a little picky and sought out someone else for my needs. After an exhausting research on the internet and reading the numerous reviews on Yelp and other websites, I narrowed it down to three companies and scheduled appointments. After receiving quotes I decided to go with Nrg upgrade. I received a lower quote from another company which Nrg upgrade easily matched. Daniel was my consultant and I found him to be very professional at the same time knowledgeable about the product he was presenting. Absolutely no pressure during our meeting and when it was all said and done he shaked my hand and assured me I picked the right company. Before leaving he purchased several raffle tickets from my 12-year daughter who was selling them for her soccer team. Daniel you are a class act ! The crew that came out on the day of installation was equally professional as Daniel and extremely polite when asking them if they could re-route some conduit so it would be out of view. I hate the sight of cables, etc and anything they could do to minimise it would be great in which they did. Overall the process was painless and I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend this company. Â In closing I want to thank the entire staff at Nrg upgrade with their customer service and being prompt with returning phone calls, text messages and emails. You made this experience pleasurable and without incident.Many thanks !!!

I was skeptical about the whole solar panels thing, wasn't sure it actually works or if it's even for me. Since I heard good things about it I decided to consult a professional. I came across NRG upgrade and I requested a free consultation thinking it was a mistake since those guys always try to sell stuff and there is no such thing as Free consultation. But then Asaf came to my house and sat with me for two hours explaining to me the science behind the solar revolution he then went to look at my electricity usage and suggested a plan that would work for me I asked why not add additional products he said I shouldn't go overboard. He then left and told meTo think about it.I consulted my husband and called asaf. He sat for another 2 hours explaining to my husband what is solar and how it can save us money every month. We booked the installation and asaf guided through every step of the way, three weeks later we officially went solar.By far the best decision I ever made, I always thought of myself as environmentalist but now I was actually reducing my carbon footprint In this world couldn't be happier to see my utility bills go from very high to Almost nothing and honestly my roof looks amazing!! Asaf is deff your guy if you want to go solar and trust me you want to go solar.

II am very impressed with this company. Â I researched solar companies and got a couple of estimates. Â NRG UPGRADE gave me a great price, but also, importantly, they were terrific to deal with. Â My sales person, Ace b, explained everything clearly, and was very patient when I asked him to repeat things. Â The process begins with an appraisal of your situation - how many panels will you need, does your roof get sufficient sun, how many panels will fit in the sunny parts of your roof, etc. Â After that, you sign the contract. Â They then take care of EVERYTHING. Â They deal with the city and the utility company through the permitting and inspections. Â Their customer service is remarkable. Â Ace responded to every question promptly and cheerfully. Â He didn't even mind re-sending e-mails that I lost. Â I felt completely taken care of. Â Once the installation was complete, they got the utility company to get us up and running within a week. Â Fantastic! The cost of our project was just about $30,000. Â My wife and I decided to do this now because the tax deductions may go away at the end of this year. Â We are very glad that we went with NRG UPGRADE. Â They get our highest recommendation.

Our Solar System was installed in late June 2017 for our home in Los Angeles. Installers were professional and fast and I was completely satisfied. The solar system has worked perfectly and is properly sized for our energy needs. Most months we pay the required minimum to cover the base meter fee and the taxes. On an annual basis, we produce more energy for the grid than we consume from the grid. We also replaced our roof so it will support our new solar system, the process was fast and clean, the price was fair and they kept their word.Thank you NRG UPGRADE for the best experience.

Recently I’ve been getting serious about having solar installation done in my home. I had a few different companies come out and give me an estimate. The price range on the work was more or less the same and it came down to which company I thought would do the most professional job. I’m happy to report NRG Upgrades lived up to their great reputation. If you are looking for solar panel installation definitely go with them!

NRG did a great job working on my parents investment property. Going solar with the right company can be tough but thanks to these guys I was very satisfied with the overall experience. They stuck to their time frame and finished within budget.. Of course start up cost is an investment but you will be very haopy you did down the line. going solar you take into consideration all the upfront costs. So ultimately by choosing to rely on NRG, their communication and their commitment won me over as they were easy to deal with and made sure all the paperwork and requirements were handled like a charm.

For months I’ve been looking for the right company to invest in for solar panels. I realized that I might be investing a lot now, but later on it would be a great investment. NRG Upgrade recently installed solars in my best friends house, so i decided to take on the same investment. The job only took around a week, which was great given my busy schedule. So happy we finally did this! I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first.... We got the solar panels installed and it’s been a few months now and I’m so happy we did it. The crew did a great job and finished within the time frame they promised. I’ve been telling all my friends and family to do it as well because it almost gives you a fixed rate for your electricity. Since it’s only my husband and I, our panels provide more energy than we actually use so I don’t have any additional electricity payment to make. Best decision we’ve made in a long time!

NRG Upgrade recently did my solar panel installation. It was important for me to not have it visible because I don’t really like the look. They were able to accomplish this as well as do as they promised all throughout my experience with them. There’s so many solar companies out there, it’s very hard to figure out who to use. Thank god for NRG Upgrade! I worked with NRG Upgrade recently, about a couple of months ago to be exact. I wanted them to install solar panels on one of my investment properties. Out of all of the companies, NRG Upgrade was the most professional and within my price range. I have used them before for my house, but looked into other places this time around and realized that NRG Upgrade treated me great and they were and still are the best out there. We also added energy saving windows to the house since it is within the Los Angeles area. Happy with it all!

I decided to consult a professional in the industry once I decided I wanted to know more about solar. I called NRG Upgrade and asked them to do a free consultation for me. They accommodated me, scheduled me in and explained everything about solar from beginning to end. They didn’t seem to leave out one thing! It was great. I felt comfortable with them given the fact that they know so much information on their work and what they can do with us. I was referred by my neighbor to call this company for the solar work I needed in my home. Very pleased with the work NRG provided at my mother’s house. She’s been telling me to find her a great solar company for months and I just have not had time. I finally got some time and spent it on the web finding a company for solar. I suggest getting solar ASAP, I should have started my search when my mother mentioned it months ago. It would have saved her so much money every month. It is definitely worth your while and is better for the environment. She now influenced me to use NRG Upgrade in my home and my parents-in-law’s home as well. It should be standard in all homes! This is a great investment.

After researching for a company to use for my solar installation, I came across NRG Upgrade. At first, I was recommended to contact them by a close friend of mine but I still wanted to do my own research, I am very specific with the type of work I am expecting so I came onto the yelp account for NRG Upgrade and browsed through the reviews, the pictures of their work and mainly to see what people had to say about their customer service and the way they provide the work. I was satisfied with what I found on the internet and was hoping they would provide me the same great job as all of the customers that wrote about their satisfaction with this company. I went ahead and called them, already I had a great experience on the phone with the office as they were very detailed and specific with pricing and how they would go about this job. They sent someone out the next day to come take a look since I am picky and needed an estimator to check the home out before starting the job so I can get an accurate price without any surprises and just get to know him to judge the company.I really enjoyed meeting the estimator, he was very informative and told me exactly what needs to be done. He made me feel comfortable about going through with their company so I did. I am so glad I did, they are truly a great team and take their time to perfect as much as they could. I am now recommending them to my family and friends, and whomever else that needs solar work.

Thanks to NRG I can now save money every month because I got the team to install the solar panels in my house. I wasn’t sure which company I should with at first because the few quotes I have gotten weren’t too far from each other in the price range. But, I can proudly say I made the right decision by going with NRG solar. They finished the job quicker than expected and they were delicate with my home while still doing a proper job. I went with them because they gave me more customer service and more information in this work which made me feel 100x comfortable in a company.

I am very much impressed with this company. I am so glad I went with them and there is many reasons why I did. After researching several solar companies, NRG Upgrade was superior in many ways: the materials used, guarantee, and the fact that everything is done in-house (sales, design, engineering, and installation). They were constantly in contact with me throughout the whole process which made me feel comfortable and more confident in the company. There is nothing better than customer service like this. I got excellent service from these guys, they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and get my mother's home installed with solar. They are about to save her $$$$ every year, installing solar was worth every penny! Who wouldn’t want to save tons every year on their electrical bill? Also, it is even better when it's with a great company like NRG. They were so neat when doing the job and very knowledgeable about their work they were providing. My mom is also very satisfied with this company and I am glad I got to find them, I already scheduled them to come out to my own property end of November because I am ready to get solar installment and save as well. This company deserves more than 5 stars, amazing !

This company made it really quick and easy for me. I read the reviews online, I liked what I saw, so I gave them a try and called the office. The office was so polite and seemed like they knew what they were doing in terms of work, so I got a good impression right away. It was also very reassuring to know, if anything goes wrong just in case, we are covered, this is one of the best investments I have made, I chose a great company and I am now saving on my utility bill. Quality takes a big role for me and I did not want to go with just any company and install anything that could turn bad in any way for us. I am pleased with the integrity and care given to the service they provided at my house, I would recommend this to anyone. Everyone should go solar!!

Going solar was one of the best decisions I have made for my home.. and my energy bill. It goes a long way in the future, I would definitely recommend going green to anyone that is looking into it. The team was great. The office was professional. The work was excellent. I couldn’t be any more satisfied. They did an outstanding job taking care of everything and guiding the steps of the process! I should have done this earlier on but I am the type of a person that needs to do some research on something because I know everything has its pros and cons. With solar, there are only pros. Yes it is not a small quote you need to pay off in the beginning, but you will save much more in the future, and it is even more pleasurable when it is such a great team to work with! NRG Upgrade is the gold standard for solar energy design and installation in Los Angeles. They explained all aspects of the solar installation thoroughly from - rebate information, installation procedure, warranty or pricing. The entire quote was sent to us with all information included, including the equipment datasheet. The installation went very well and exceeded all expectations. They went above and beyond as they cleaned up after themselves including making sure the area they worked at was in a better condition than when they first started. Their installation is professional and made sure it was also cosmetically beautiful. I am glad to have found this company and will surely highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have solar installed.

If you want work with a company who are experts and are honest, look no further you have come to the right place. Our experience with NRG was not a customer and salesman relationship, it was more like a friendly communication and everything was easily done. We recently installed solar panels on our house roof and we are very satisfied with their work that has been done. Of course I was shopping around with other solar companies, but NRG had the most affordable pricing plan and quality solar panels that I could get. Finally a company I can rely on with efficient work! They outdid it by doing an excellent job for my home that I just recently moved into. Having a brand new home is not easy with all the updating you need to do so finding the perfect company that you can rely and fall back on is a big deal, for me. NRG guided me carefully through the steps of the process and explained everything thoroughly before taking any steps and did the cleanest job possible.

I chose NRG Upgrade for my solar installation because of the quality of the components being used. A lot of the other vendors were using cheap foreign made panels. They were able to explain how this would affect us in the long run and made a lot of sense. The technician that came out to check out our roof was able to make a seemingly complicated subject very simple to understand. The crew was very very professional and showed me exactly how things were installed onto the roof before they even started anything! Not only was the system installed quickly, but there was minimal interruption to my day to day life. The installation only took a couple of days and then we were up and running. The biggest plus for NRG was that I would say is how easy to get a hold of them was. Since this was an investment I really appreciated how I could get a hold of the office or the technician whenever I had a question. That really made me feel good about my choice. Very impressed!

NRG pulled off what seemed to be impossible. I was so impressed with the determination these guys had. The completed job on time speaks for itself. From the sales team to the inspection these guys were on time and on budget. Skylight’s are not easy business but NRG made it painless. The friendly staff was always there to help with questions during the job. Estimate was spot on. They were safe and respected our home. I don’t look forward to any roofing stuff but when it does happen I call NRG. Good luck !
